Did you know that you can easily manage all of your Citi® credit card account balances and transactions in one place? Citi has created a seamless experience to present all of this information to you right when you log in to the Citi Mobile® App. Once you've accessed your account, confirm your Current Balance and Available Credit information right at the top of the screen. You can also view additional credit card account details by tapping the View Credit Limit, APR & more link. This view includes your total credit limit, standard variable purchase APR on your last statement, activity since the last statement, next statement closing date, and your total payments in progress. To return to your Account Details page, tap the caret icon at the top of the screen. Listed below your balance is your Payment Due information. Keep scrolling down to view your most recent transactions. Tap the Transactions header to access a full list of your recent transactions. On the Transaction History page, you can see both Pending and Posted transactions from the last 60 days. Tap a specific transaction to view additional details, including the merchant name and purchase amount, transaction date, date posted, purchase method, and the cardmember's name. This can help you understand more information about a specific charge. Many customers may even see additional details such as the merchant's address, phone number, and website ? as well as a map of where the merchant is located. To review other transactions, just tap the back arrow in the top, left-hand corner to return to your Transaction History page. It's that simple! By reviewing your credit card balances and recent transactions in the Citi Mobile® App, you'll be on your way to better understanding your account details and specific charges.

You can also view additional account details by tapping the View Routing Number & Interest Information link. This view includes your account number, routing number, and interest information if your Citi® Checking or Citi® Savings account earns interest towards your On Deposit balance. To return to your Account Details page, tap the caret icon at the top of the screen. Displayed below your balance is a list of your most recent transactions. Tap the Transactions header to view up to 150 of your most recent transactions. On the Transaction History page, you can see both Pending and Posted transactions. Tap a specific transaction to view additional details, including the merchant or transaction name and amount, transaction date, date posted, and transaction type. This can help you understand more information about a specific transfer, payment, or charge. To review other transactions, just tap the back arrow in the top, left-hand corner to return to your Transaction History page. It's that simple! By reviewing your balances and recent transactions in the Citi Mobile® App, you'll be on your way to better understanding your account details and specific charges.

Looking for a secure way to quickly send money to or receive money from friends, family, and others you know and trust? With Zelle®, you can send money directly from your Citi® checking account - and you can complete it all for free within the Citi Mobile® App. To enroll with Zelle, log in to the app, and tap the Payments icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Next, tap Send Money with Zelle®, and then tap the Get Started button. Review the Citibank with Zelle® Terms and Conditions, and then tap the Accept button. You'll need to identify which U.S. mobile number or email address you'd like to use with Zelle. Tap your desired contact method, and then tap the Continue button. For your protection, Citi will complete additional verification to confirm your identity. Tap the Send Code button, and Citi will deliver an identification code to you. Enter your code, and then tap Next. That's it! Your email address is confirmed! Now you can tap the Send or Request Money button to start sending or receiving money with almost anyone with a bank account in the U.S., even non-Citi customers! There you have it! Using your Citi Mobile® App to send money with Zelle® is just another way Citi makes it easy for you to manage your money AND keep all your financial information in one place.

Need a fast way to send money to or receive money from friends, family, small businesses, or others you know and trust? With Zelle®, you don't have to wait on transfers from other third–party apps. The process to complete your transactions inside the Citi Mobile® App is quick and easy. Log in to the app, and tap the Payments icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Next, tap Send Money with Zelle®. From this page, you can Send and Request money with almost anyone with a bank account in the U.S. You can even use the Split option to request money from up to nine individuals. Let's look at how easy it is to send money with Zelle®. Tap Send, and select a trusted recipient. Confirm the name displayed in the Enrolled as field is correct. This field displays the first name of the recipient as recorded on their bank account – so you can make sure you're sending money to the right recipient. Now, use the keypad to enter an amount. You can even view your remaining daily limit right on the screen! Next, tap Send Date to choose when you want to send money to your recipient. You can also add a note. Tap the Review button to check the details. To proceed, tap the Send button. And that's it! You'll receive confirmation that the money has been sent. For recipients that are already enrolled with Zelle, money is typically available within minutes! Want to check the status? Tap Activity to review the completed transaction! There you have it! Using your Citi Mobile® App to send money with Zelle® makes the process simple, secure, and hassle–free.

Did you know you can pay your bills in minutes using Citi's free Online Bill Payment service? Whether you're online paying your Citi® credit card, another card, or an electric bill... Citi's got you covered! To get started, use your Citi Mobile® App to set up your payee list. Log in to the app, and tap the Payments icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Next, tap Manage Payees and Bills, and then the plus sign icon to add a new bill. You have the option to add a merchant or a credit card for payment. Let's start by looking at the steps required to add a new merchant. Start typing the merchant name in the search bar, and then select the desired merchant from the list. Don't see the merchant you're looking for? Simply add the merchant manually. Enter the account number, and then tap the Next button. Review the merchant's information, including how this payee will be paid. Many merchants accept electronic payments, just allow at least two business days for these payments to be received. To finish adding this payee, tap the Save button. That's it! You'll receive confirmation that the merchant was successfully added. Now let's look at the steps required to add a credit card. Once you've accessed the Manage Payees and Bills page to add a new bill, tap Add a Credit Card. Enter the credit card number, and then tap the Next button. Review the credit card information, and then tap the Save button. Just like that, you've added your credit card as a payee! There you have it. With just a few taps in the Citi Mobile® App, you're ready to use Citi's Online Bill Payment service to make paying your bills faster and easier.

Misplaced your card? Citi® Quick Lock allows you to instantly block new purchases and cash advances while you locate your card. With the Citi Mobile® App, the process to lock your card is quick and easy. Log in to the app, and tap the Lock Card quick link. Tapping this link takes you directly to the Citi® Quick Lock landing page. With Citi® Quick Lock, you can instantly protect your account without having to change your account number or go through the steps of ordering a new card. Want to learn more? Scroll down to browse a list of frequently asked questions and important reminders. When you're ready to lock your card, simply tap the toggle button beside the misplaced card. Just like that, your card is locked! Once locked, Citi will instantly block new purchases – while still allowing recurring transactions, deposits, and other activity to continue without disruption. This feature buys you peace–of–mind and time to find your card. And when you find it, you can unlock it just as easily in seconds anytime, anywhere – online or mobile. To unlock your card from the Citi® Quick Lock landing page, simply tap the toggle button again. In just a few seconds, the card status switches from Locked to Active. There you have it! Citi® Quick Lock is just another way Citi makes it easy for you to protect your account on the go

Want to manage your Citibank® accounts on the go? The Citi Mobile® App gives you the power of simplicity to manage all of your finances, virtually anytime and anywhere! Let's look at how easy it is to register your bank account for online access using the Citi Mobile® App. Once you've opened the app, review the Terms & Conditions, and then tap the Accept button. Next, tap Register or Activate a Card to select the type of account you're registering. To register a bank account, you can choose to enter your debit card or bank account number. Tap your desired method, and then tap the Continue button. You'll be asked to scan your card in the app. Lay it flat in a well-lit area with the card number facing up. Once scanned, the app will automatically populate your card number. If you don't want to scan your card, you can still choose to manually enter the card number into the app. Next, enter the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you did not open your account using your Social Security number, check the box to enter your Individual Taxpayer Identification number or Foreign Tax Identification Number. Once you've finished entering your information, tap the Continue button. With that, the first part of the process is done! For your protection, Citi may ask you to complete additional verification to confirm your identity. Tap your desired verification method, and then tap the Continue button. Enter your information, and then tap Continue again. You'll receive confirmation that your card has been activated. Now you're ready to choose your new User ID and password! Be sure to review Citi's password guidelines. As you type, you can see the bar change as it measures your password strength. Tap the Continue button to finish the process. Now you have access online! If you haven't already enrolled in Paperless, you can choose to enroll by tapping the I Agree button. With that, you're all finished! Tap the Go to Your Account button to log in to your new account online profile. That's it! You'll now be able to use the new User ID and password you created the next time you sign in – helping you keep all your finances at your fingertips.

Citi® Flex Pay is now available right at checkout on Amazon allowing eligible Citi cardmembers to split the cost of Amazon purchases over $100 into convenient monthly payments. Let's get started. First, add at least $100 worth of eligible items to your cart. Then, once you're at checkout, tap "Payment Method". Then select the eligible Citi card you want to pay with. Tap the dropdown menu. And choose the monthly payment plan that's right for you. Tap 'Continue'. You'll now see the offer selected under your Citi card information, then proceed to checkout. You'll see your payment plan displayed below your order total. Make sure the box is checked, then tap "Place your order" to complete your purchase. After you place your order, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your available credit. However, only the monthly payment amount will be included as part of your minimum due at each billing cycle. You'll be able to view the details of your plan in your Citi Online account or on your next statement. And that's how you set up a convenient monthly payment plan for your Amazon purchases at checkout.

Did you know you can conveniently send money to domestic and international payees using Citi’s online Wire Transfer service? To get started, use your Citi Mobile® App to add a payee. Log in to the app, and tap the Payments icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Next, tap Pay, and then tap Add. Confirm who you are sending money to, and then enter your recipient’s first and last name. Add a nickname, and then tap the Next button to proceed. Choose how you want to send money to your payee, and then tap the Next button. Citi’s Wire Transfer service allows you to send money to payees in the United States and internationally. Let’s look at what is required to add an international payee. Browse a list of countries, or use the search bar to quickly find the one you need. For international wire transfers, you can send money in U.S. dollars or choose from over 80 local currencies! Confirm the right currency of your payee’s account, and then enter the SWIFT/BIC code or local routing code, as applicable. When you’re ready, tap the Next button. The associated bank name and address automatically populate. Scroll down to enter the payee’s account number or International Bank Account Number, as applicable. Then, add the payee’s address. Once finished with all required fields, check the box to attest that the information entered is accurate, and then tap the Add button. That’s it! You’ll receive confirmation when your payee is added successfully. Now you can tap the Pay Now button to conveniently schedule a wire transfer – all within the Citi Mobile® App.

Citi’s online Wire Transfer service allows you to conveniently send money to domestic and international payees. With the Citi Mobile® App, the process is quick and easy! Log in to the app, and tap the Payments icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Next, tap Manage Payees and Bills, and then select your payee. Now, tap Pay Now. If this is your first time initiating a wire transfer, you’ll need to read and accept the Agreement for Online Funds Transfers. Tap the Get Started button to begin. To accept and agree to the terms of the Agreement for Online Funds Transfers, check the box, and then tap the Next button. Once enrolled, you can tap the Continue button to process your wire transfer. When initiating a wire transfer, always verify the payee’s information prior to submitting your payment. When you’re ready, tap Got It! to proceed. Use the keypad to enter an amount, and then tap Done. If initiating an international transfer in foreign currency, review the conversion of the funds. Next, confirm the source account that you’ll be paying from. To continue, tap the Next button. Review the wire transfer details, including your information, your recipient’s information, how much you’re paying, and the amount being sent. To authorize the transfer, tap the Send button. You’ll see a confirmation on screen that your wire transfer request is complete and being reviewed for processing. Citi will also send you an email confirmation when the wire transfer was sent from your account. And that’s it! You’re all set to complete wire transfers through the app.
