Terms & Conditions for Paperless Statements and Other Communications

Enrollment in Electronic Delivery of Statements, Legal Notices and Other Communications Agreement for Bank Accounts Other than Credit Cards

Definitions

The words "me", "you" and "your" refer to the authorized account signer who agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The words "us", "we" and "our" refer to Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”). The word “Account” means any consumer checking, insured money market, savings, certificate of deposit and Checking Plus(R) (variable rate) overdraft line of credit accounts, that are part of an account package and receives a periodic statement. The words "Service" or "Paperless" means providing a periodic statement, legal notice and other communication electronically through Citi® Online and the Citi Mobile® App instead of in paper form.

Scope of Agreement

By enrolling, you consent to receive disclosures and information about your Account(s) electronically instead of in paper form through postal mail. Your consent includes, but is not limited to:



You understand and agree that even though you have enrolled in the Service, we may at our discretion continue to deliver periodic statements, legal notices, or other communications to you in paper form to your mailing address of record.

Enrollment by Account Package

Enrollment for the Service is by account package, with each account package distinguished on the basis of its primary account. The primary account for each account package is identified at the beginning of each periodic statement. When you add an Account to an account package that is already enrolled in the Service, it will be linked to your statement and provided electronically.

When any authorized signer on the primary account enrolls an account package in the Service, a paper version of the periodic statement will no longer be mailed for such account package. There may be a delay of up to 2 statement cycles before your request becomes effective.

Email Address for Notices

We will send you an email notice informing you that a periodic statement, legal notice, or other communication for your account is available for you to access and/or download to an email address associated with your account profile. It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate and valid email address by promptly updating it on Citi Online, in the Citi Mobile App or by calling us at the number on the back of your debit or ATM card.

Unenrollment from Service

Except as explained below, you can unenroll your account package from the Service at any time by changing your statement delivery option on Citi Online or Citi Mobile or by calling customer service at 1-888-214-0036 (TTY: 1-800-788-0002). There may be a delay of up to 2 statement cycles before your request becomes effective.

You understand and agree that if another authorized signer on the primary account in your account package has also requested an email notification, your request to unenroll the account package from the Service will not be effective to unenroll your account package from the Service. The account package will remain enrolled and not cause periodic statements, legal notices and other communications to be delivered in paper form through the U.S. mail. .

We may require your consent to Paperless and to this Agreement for certain accounts and account packages opened on Citi Online or Citi Mobile as a condition to opening and maintaining the account in the account package. Accordingly, you cannot withdraw your consent or unenroll your account or account package in these circumstances but instead may transfer your account to a different account package in order to receive your periodic statement, legal notice, or other communications in paper form through the U.S. mail.

In addition to us unenrolling an account package from the Service at your request, you understand and agree that we will unenroll an account package if any of the following events occur:

Agreement is in Addition to and Amends Other Agreements

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are in addition to and part of the terms and conditions of the agreement governing the use of Citi Online and to all other terms and conditions in agreements governing your accounts with us and constitute an amendment of those other agreements as their provisions relate to delivery of periodic statements, legal notices and related items.

Amendments

You agree that we reserve the right to change (amend, add to, or delete) the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law, we may amend this Agreement without prior notice to or agreement by you. Your continued use of the Service following any such notice of a change shall constitute your agreement to be bound by all such changes.

Electronic Acceptance of Agreement

Information Provided Electronically

In order to enroll in the Service, you understand and agree that you must consent to receive and accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any amendments to it electronically. In the event any amendment requires prior notice to you, we may notify you by email at the email address you have provided for use with the Service. You may withdraw your consent by changing your statement delivery options on Citi Online or the Citi Mobile App or by contacting us by telephone at 1-888-214-0036 (TTY: 1-800-788-0002) and we will automatically unenroll any account package from the Service.

If you want a paper copy of any statement, letter or other notice, call us at 1-888-214-0036 (TTY: 1-800-788-0002) and we will mail it to you.

Required Hardware and Software

In order to use the Service and to view and retain a copy of this Agreement and statements and other legal notices in the electronic format provided, you understand that you must have: either a personal computer and a web browser with at least 128-bit encryption or a web-enabled mobile device; an Internet connection; and systems capability to open, view, save and print files in PDF format using Adobe Acrobat Reader or other similar software.
