Forgot your PIN?
If so, you have three chances to enter it correctly. If the third attempt fails, for your protection, you'll be locked out and unable to access your accounts online. If this occurs, please call 1-800-374-9700 (for Text Telephone, TTY, call 1-800-788-0002) and we'll reset your PIN which gives you three more tries.
If that doesn't work, then you'll need to visit a Citibank Financial Center to request a new PIN. Here's what you'll need:
  • Your Citibank® Banking Card
  • Two current forms of ID, one of which must have a photo. Valid IDs include:
    1. Driver's license or Learner's Permit
    2. Government ID
    3. Student ID
    4. National credit card
    5. US passport
    6. Non-US passport
    7. Medicare card (must be 65 or older)
    8. Employee ID (from a well known firm)
    9. Trade license
    10. Alien registration card
    11. Naturalization certificate
  • With valid ID, you can create and start using your new PIN immediately.
