Your card is expiring and you'll be sent a replacement card.* Your new card will arrive in a generic envelope before your current card expires. If you already received your card, you can activate it in one of the ways indicated below. You can continue to use your current card until the last day of the month indicated on the current card or until the replacement card is activated.

How do I activate the new card?

It's quick and easy to activate via the Citi Mobile® App, online or by phone:

App—Download the app** by texting "App75" to "692484" or visit your app store.


You can also activate by calling the number on the sticker on your new card. For persons with hearing/speech impairments, use 711 or other Relay Service.

What is changing?

Your new card will have a new expiration date and security code which you should provide to any merchants who automatically bill your card and to any online merchants where you store your new expirate date and security code

What if I don't receive my new card?

If you don't receive your card by the end of the month in which your current card expires, you can request a replacement card through your online account or by calling the number on the back of your card. For persons with hearing/speech impairments, use 711 or other Relay Service.
