Balance alerts can be delivered daily or weekly for your checking and savings accounts and daily, weekly or monthly for your credit card accounts. They reflect the balance at the close of the previous business day. Your first alert should arrive within two days after you set it up.

    • Deposit Notices

You can do so online—just sign on, go to your Account Management page, and send us a message—or you can do so by phone or at a Citibank branch.

    How It Works
