    Business Banking Relationship Manager:

    Serves as the client's primary point of contact for Citibank and ensures client has a highly satisfying and rewarding relationship with the bank. Optimizes the banking product set based on client needs and a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, industry, and macroeconomic factors. Develops new-to-bank business relationships and grows existing relationships with current clients. Current business segment includes those clients with annual revenue from $5 million to $20 million.

    Business Development Officer:

    Strategically partners with Business Banking Relationship Managers to develop new-to-bank business relationships. Identifies and maximizes opportunities and areas for growth and collaborates with Relationship Managers to establish a foothold in the target marketplace. Current business segment includes those clients with annual revenue from $5 million to $20 million.

    Treasury Sales Consultant:

    Strategically partners with Relationship Managers to support clients' treasury needs. Advises clients on cash management strategies and optimizes the cash management product offering to best meet requirements. Collaborates with Relationship Managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and calls on accounts to stay informed of changing client needs. Must establish and maintain long-term relationships with Business and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and develop a strong working knowledge of all treasury and cash management products.

    Commercial Banking Relationship Manager:

    Serves as the client's primary point of contact for Citibank and ensures client has a highly satisfying and rewarding relationship with the bank. Optimizes the banking product set based on client needs and a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, industry, and macroeconomic factors. Develops new-to-bank business relationships and grows existing relationships with current clients. Maintains frequent interactions with centers of influence, community leaders, and senior business contacts to keep a pulse on the changing financial environment. This is a senior-level position that requires a critical skill set. Experience in areas and industries not easily found in the marketplace, including Energy, International Banking, HealthCare, and Media and Entertainment. Current business segment includes those clients with annual revenue from $20 million to $250 million.

    Business or Commercial Banking Area Manager:

    Leads the sales initiatives and relationship management for Business and Commercial Banking clients in a defined geographic region. Defines and implements long- and short-term strategic plans and goals to maximize opportunities for growth in the marketplace. Builds and motivates teams of Relationship Managers to effectively develop new-to-bank business relationships and strengthen existing client relationships. Maintains frequent interactions with centers of influence, community leaders, and senior business contacts to keep a pulse on the changing financial environment. Current business segments include those clients with annual revenue from $5 million to $20 million for Business Banking and $20 million to $250 million for Commercial Banking.
