$225 Courtesy Statement Credit for your Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive Card
We at Citi recognize that due to the COVID–19 outbreak it may have been difficult to utilize some of the benefits that come with your Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card, including your Admirals Club® membership.
As a one time
courtesy, we are providing eligible cardmembers with a $225 statement credit upon renewal. If you opened your account prior to April 1, 2020 and have an assessed Annual Fee of $350 or more, look for the credit to post to your account within 1–2 billing cycles after your renewal date.

Am I eligible for the courtesy statement credit?
Existing customers who opened their Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card prior to April 1, 2020 and have an assessed annual fee of $350 or more will receive a one–time $225 statement credit within 1–2 billing cycles after their next annual fee billing date, beginning June 1, 2020. When should I expect to receive my courtesy statement credit?
$225 statement credits will post to eligible accounts following card renewals from June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021. Therefore, if you paid your 2020 annual fee before this policy went into effect, you will receive the statement credit if you meet eligibility criteria following your account renewal in 2021.
What should I do if I didn't get my courtesy statement credit?
If you meet the eligibility criteria and have not received your statement credit after two billing cycles from when your annual membership fee billed, click to chat with a Citi representative today or call the number on the back of your card.
How do I know when my annual membership fee bills?
You can check your previous billing statements to see when your last annual membership fee billed in your Citi® Account Online. Navigate to the Services
tab, select your account, then click Statements & Documents
. After opening the statement, refer to the Fees charged
section.
Will I receive a courtesy statement credit toward my Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select or
At this time, the courtesy statement credit is only available to eligible Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive cardmembers.
I had an open Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card as of March thirty first, 2020 but have since closed my account. Am I eligible for the $225 courtesy statement credit?
If your account is closed, you will not be charged an annual membership fee during the period June 1, 2020 — May 31, 2021 and therefore will not be eligible for the $225 statement credit.
I converted my Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive card to another product. Am I eligible for the $225 courtesy statement credit?
If you have converted your Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive account to another product, you will not be charged an annual membership fee for your Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive product during the period June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021 and therefore will not be eligible for the $225 statement credit.
