Who do I call if my ATM/Debit Card is lost or stolen?

If your ATM/Debit Card is lost or stolen, here are the numbers you'll need:

After you call to report a lost or stolen card, we'll put a block on it so that it can't be used by anyone else, and we'll order a new ATM/Debit Card for you. Here's how long it typically takes to receive your new card:
  • 3-5 business days in the U.S.
  • 5-8 business days in Canada, Mexico, Guam, Virgin Islands.
  • 2-3 business days internationally.
Additional notes:
  • If you need ATM access immediately, visit a Citibank Financial Center. You'll get an ATM-only card on the spot, and an ATM/Debit Card will be ordered for you.

  • We also offer next-business day delivery of ATM/Debit Cards in the U.S. if we receive your call before 2:00 PM. ET on Monday to Friday. If you call after 2:00 PM. ET, your card will arrive two business days later. If you call between 2:00 PM. Friday and 2:00 PM. on Monday, your card will arrive on Tuesday. Please be aware that in these cases, there must be a signer at the delivery address.
